We use a 3-phase system in recovery sessions:
Conditions that we help treat:
Sessions are built on clinical assessment, soft tissue therapy, and functional retraining—not traditional massage. While we use soft tissue techniques in session, we‘re not offering traditional massage. These sessions are focused on injury recovery, pain resolution, and long-term function through an integrative, movement-based approach.
Here’s what we cannot do:
•You’re tired of being told to “just rest” or “stretch more.”
•You want real answers. Real progress.
•You’re an athlete, mover, or active human who wants your body to work with you—not against you.
•You’ve exhausted all other options and needing something different.
Hannah graduated with her Bachelor in Science with a Degree in Dance from Wayne State University. She is a licensed Sports and Medical Massage Therapist with Indiana Wellness College and is a certified Pilates Instructor with Balanced Body. She also has her cupping therapy certification through Lure Essentials and her Instrument Soft Tissue Mobilization certification through Hawk Grips.
Hannah first found her love for the need for low impact movement while studying dance at Wayne State. Her need for longevity in her dance career stemmed from the necessity of mindful movement that Pilates provided. Upon graduating and becoming a certified instructor, Hannah discovered the need to assist her clients with injury recovery and soft tissue manual therapy. Studying at IWC allowed Hannah to combine Pilates movements with the structural integration of soft tissue manipulation. The combination of these practices allows her clients to experience the freedom that pain relief provides.
